Garden Café at Conrad Hong Kong introduces an elaborated buffet with a series of much-loved Korean delights featuring seasonal ingredients and specialties from Jeju Island. Award-winning chefs from Millennium Seoul Hilton will team up with the chefs at Garden Café and Korean Food Foundation from 16 to 22 October 2017 for a Jeju Island-themed buffet. Highlighted Korea dishes include Jeju Island air-fresh seafood, grilled Jeju black pork BBQ, traditional buckwheat noodles live cooking station and a selection of traditional specialties. A special selection of Jeju Island-inspired cocktails will complement the feast.
